We want you to love your Fernwise template. If it isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of your purchase and tell us briefly why. We'll refund your order in full.

Problems with your file

If a file won't open, something doesn't calculate correctly, or you received the wrong product, contact us and we'll fix it or send the correct file right away. If we can't solve the problem, we'll refund you.

How to request a refund

Use our contact form with your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take 5–10 business days to show the refund.

Please note

• Because our products are digital downloads, nothing needs to be returned. After a refund, please delete the files.
• Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase can't be accepted, except for faulty files.
• We may decline requests that show a clear pattern of abuse, such as repeated purchases and refunds.
