Terms of service

These terms apply to all purchases from Fernwise ("we", "us"). By buying or using our products, you agree to them.

1. Products

We sell digital spreadsheet templates for Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Product pages describe what each download contains. Screenshots show example data.

2. License

When you buy a template, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal finances. You may make copies for your own use. You may not resell, share, redistribute, sublicense or publish the files or modified versions of them, or claim them as your own work.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Taxes may be added at checkout where required.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered electronically by email after payment. See our delivery policy.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our refund policy.

6. No financial advice

Our templates are organizational tools. They do not provide financial, tax, investment or legal advice. Calculations such as payoff dates are estimates based on the numbers you enter. You are responsible for your financial decisions and for checking your data.

7. Warranty and liability

Templates are provided "as is". We work hard to make them accurate and reliable, but we don't guarantee they are error-free or suitable for every purpose. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
